House KARL GRIESBAUM (1872-1941) Automaton music box, work of the 1930s, in brass with a burr bird whistling system, the fronts are decorated with filigree scrolls, with an articulated bird composed of dander (feathers) of the avian species (birds) named : - Red-tailed Jacamar (Galbula ruficauda) - lanceolate manakin (Chiroxiphia lanceolata) - Yellow-bottomed blackbird (Caccicus cela) - Red-backed tanager (Ramphocelus dimidiatus) These bird species are not subject to regulation under the Washington Convention (CITES), EC Regulation 338/97 of 09/12/1996 or the French Environment Code. With key. Height: 4.5 cm. Length: 10.5 cm, closed depth: 6.8 cm. Works, but needs servicing.
