Done at Mas Garnier on September 4, 1772. 2pp in-4° - "That in the sad situation in which he now finds himself, he can no longer support himself in prison, deprived of all help by the distance from his parents and dangerously ill. We appeal to your authority, begging you with tears in our eyes to grant Sieur DEMAGES a provisional release... or else to speed up his trial...".
