Letters patent of April 3, 1819, by which His Majesty (Victor Emmanuel, King of Sardinia, Duke of Savoy) fixes the dimensions of the rims of the wheels of carriages, carts and wagons; prescribes the width of the rims of the wheels of stagecoaches, and grants for this purpose a delay until all of March 1820."
