JUDGMENT of a DRUMMER who shouted "VIVE L'EMPEREUR" at the Château de SAUMUR (49) - "Judgment rendered by the 1st Permanent War Council sitting in TOURS (37), which condemns to the correctional sentence of one year in PRISON and a fine of 24 francs, the named SALMONT (Adrien), Drummer in the 2nd Battalion of the 4th Regiment, convicted of having publicly uttered SEDITIOUS CRY ("Long live the Emperor") within the walls of the Château de SAUMUR; plus costs of proceedings, including printing 250 copies of the judgment.
