This lot was introduced into the European Union under the customs regime of temporary importation. In accordance with current regulations, this regime will have to be regularized either by re-exporting the lot outside the European Union, accompanied by a duly approved letter of landing and the required customs documents, or by paying the VAT and import duties applicable in the event of release for consumption in the Union. In the event of retention in France, import VAT at the reduced rate of 5.5% will be added to the hammer price.
