A tricycle apparently piloted by Bismarck is pulled by Austro-Hungarian, Russian, Spanish and French politicians. This is a charge by Augusto Grossi that appeared in his newspaper "Papagallo", founded in 1873. It illustrates a highly complex political situation with a beautifully drawn tricycle.
