Robert COMBAS (born 1957) - Lot 48
Robert COMBAS (born 1957) Le penseur lunaire, 1996. He's all about poetry. He doesn't care about reading. Cars drive by under his bench, and the Queen of the Muses is having fun shouting onomatopoeia, drunk as she is on Suze. Rollerblades on their feet! The Fromage mage stares at the picture and his anthropomorphic warrior gets stuck in the corners. It's starry night, good reason to think. I'm a lunar teenager and I learn my lesson well by heart: "From the sweetness of life to the most violent senses, I don't waste my time!". Sanguine on paper with text. Signed lower right. 32 x 24 cm. This work is registered in the archives of the Robert Combas studio. We would like to thank Madame Loquet of the Combas for the information kindly provided.
