The Apollo-Soyuz rendezvous (drawing by Robert McCall) signed on February 27, 1975 at the Johnson Space Center in Houston by 13 astronauts and cosmonauts.

First the 3 Apollo astronauts: Tom Stafford, Vance Brand and Deke Slayton, then cosmonauts Alexis Léonov and Valéri Koubassov (The Soyouz crew), followed by spare and support astronauts and cosmonauts: Gene Cernan (last man on the Moon, Apollo 17), Ron Evans (Apollo 17) Alan Bean (Apollo 12), Jack Lousma, Bob Crippen (Columbia STS-1 pilot), Anatoli Filipchenko, Vladimir Chatalov and Nikolei Roukavishnikov.
Apollo-Soyuz (ASTP for Apollo-Soyuz Test Project) was the very first joint space mission between the Soviet Union and the United States, from July 15 to July 24, 1975. The American crew was made up of astronauts Donald Slayton, Thomas Stafford and Vance Brand. On the Russian side, astronauts Alexeï Leonov and Valéri Koubassov completed the crew.
