EARTH PHOTOS TAKEN BY SATELLITE OR AIR (1969-1978) Nasa photo (Lewis Research Center) of the sewage treatment plant spill on the east side of Cleveland, Ohio. This photo was taken with infrared film to help determine the flow and dispersion of sewage flowing into Lake Erie from the damaged treatment plant. Vintage NASA black and white print (20.5 x 25.5cm), dated July 2, 1971, captioned on the back and numbered 71-H-1014.
