GASTRONOMY - Christian DIOR / "La Cuisine cousue main", Société Christian Dior 1972, original limited edition, justified on Lascaux paper, publisher's boards laminated with aluminum plates on spine and covers, first cover and spine titled in relief, 11 illustrations hors texte by René Gruaux, historical collaborator of the Maison de Couture, this is a posthumous edition in homage to Christian Dior, a great gourmet with a passion for cuisine, featuring his favorite dishes, the design of the presentation is typical of the 1970s, a complete copy of the color bookmark reproducing the menu designed by Christian Dior for the January 2, 1940 menu (when he was a sapper with the 47th Engine Company), 106 p (21.5 x 27.5 cm, usual fragility of the binding).
