Lewis CARROLL (Charles Lutwidge Dodgson dit, 1832-1898, novelist known for "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland") / This is more of a relic, since this authentic signed autograph letter has very heavily faded ink (probably due to an old frame, exposed to light), it comes from the collections of the writer Claude Seignolle, whose presentation sheet we have kept, which states: "Ici l'auteur d'Alice au pays des merveilles parle de chèque au pays des réalités, billet autographe signé fortement passé mais lisible et très valable comme relique...", attached are the various shaded enlargement photocopies made by Claude Seignolle for transcription, 1 p in-8, Oxford, December 21, 1882, to Mr. Kish, who mentioned on the back "C.L. Dogson Oxford, 21st december 1882".
