The promotion is expected shortly... but it will probably only appear at FONTAINEBLEAU. However, it may not be as soon as the public claims, so you'd do well to get your friends and family to act... The ISLE DE FRANCE Regiment leaves POITIERS on October 1st, to march on CAEN, where it will arrive on the 17th."
