Delightful Napoleon III-period brooch in 18K yellow gold 750 thousandths, of polylobed form, set with seven claw-set rose-cut diamonds on illusion, highlighted with black enamel, two twirling jupponé tiers, the first of which is chased and openworked with floral decoration, The second is chased and decorated with crenellations, all holding three leafy tassels set with illusion claw-set rose-cut diamonds and finished with beveled and chased water drops.
