Jean Sebedio (1890-1951), nicknamed "Le Sultan", represented by Déro on a pitch, in his forward line. Sebedio traveled extensively in the 1910-1920s, from Tarbes to Hendaye, via Biarritz, Béziers and Carcassonne, and was a 9-time international player and unforgettable coach at Lézignan. We're in the heart of Ovalie's romantic era. Adolphe Jauréguy (1898-1977) aerial, dashing to the try, ball over heart and cock. ¾ legendary wing, he was twice French champion with Toulouse (1922-23) and 31 times international. He regaled us with a fabulous career, a life full of humor, hidden behind his cigarette holder and his books. He was also a fine coach. On April 2, 1927, he led the French team that beat England for the 1st time.
