Couder member of the institute: He sends his servant to look for a stop. - 3) Despairing news of his sick niece + 2 letters from his brother Adolphe, Vicomte d'HOUDETOT (Le Havre 1799 - 1869) Writer - inventor of the mooring gun, became Receiver of Finances in Le Havre, where he prepared the escape of Louis-Philippe and Marie Amélie. Letter A. S. le Havre July 4, 1862: "Sir, I neglected to watch for the renewal of my subscription to your charming and useful publication La vie à la Campagne. Please be so kind as to draw on me each year without further notice..." and to a General, (good text) on the situation of the Regiment "... several men... are not very handsome...
