A voice known to you has come to ask you for an act of justice... an act of favor. An Artillery Company has been organized in VIERZON. Everything is ready: framework, clothing, officers and soldiers. All they need is authorization from the Ministry. The application is closed. The Prefect of the Cher department, PLANET, says that "there are no serious difficulties", and asks him to request authorization. "Weren't you given a copy of the Journal du Cher containing a tiny speech I gave at the Cher Mayors' Banquet? Chenedite?"
