The illustrated cover of the big 6, with the 10 stars. 28 pages 27 x 18 cm (1928: cover restored, traces of moisture) In 1927, Aerts initials his 3rd victory, backed by Mac Namara, in 1928, Wambst-Lacquehay are again the kings, and in 1929, it's again the French who rock the boards with Raynaud-Dayen dominating the campionissimo Girardengo and Linari. The Limousin André Raynaud (1904-1937) was also world middle-distance champion, before perishing in the race in Antwerp. Octave Dayen de Parsac (1906-1987) was also world champion in 1926, on the amateur road.
