Chef de l'Armée des Émigrés - Letter signed "Louis Joseph de BOURBON, Paris September 20, 1773, to the King of Naples and the Two Sicilies FERDINAND 1st. Condé requests justice directly from the King of Naples to pay a refund: "Sire. The Princes and Princesses of the House of BOURBON have recourse to Your Majesty to be paid the claim they have in common on the State of NAPLES, and for which they only request the execution of the rescript rendered by the King of Spain, when he was still on the Throne of Naples, on October 3, 1759. The Elector Palatine, to whom one half of the annuity in question belongs, was reimbursed, by virtue of this rescript, of the capital and arrears which concerned him...". 2 folio pages.
