MENUS / "Visions d'Orient": 12 menus (4-p inserts) preserved in a slipcase (clamshell), presented by Champagne House Charles HEIDSIECK of Reims, 1930s, Imprimerie J.E. Goossen in Lille and Paris, quality illustrations and printing, each menu dedicated to a country, features one of its most symbolic monuments on the cover, the left-hand page is a landscape of the country, the right-hand page is reserved for the menu, the spine gives a text on the country, with a top illustration of a typical site or scene and a medallion portrait of an inhabitant below: Algeria, Burma, Cambodia, Ceylon, China, Egypt, India (2), Japan, Java, Tonkin, Turkey (13.5 x 21 cm, very good condition)
