PYRÉNÉES-ATLANTIQUES. 1798. Extrait des délibérations du DIRECTOIRE EXÉCUTIF du 27 Vendémiaire, an 7 (18 Octobre 1798). Vignette with bundle of arms surmounted by the Phrygian cap. "... informed that requisitioners and conscripts from departments bordering Spain, yielding to the insinuations of enemies of the Republic, are going to that country without passports...
