Done at the Hôtel de Préfecture in MONTAUBAN, August 31, 1810: "In view of the Imperial Decree of June 16, 1808, concerning the cultivation of tobacco, in view of the letter from Mr. Directeur des droits réunis of this Department...it will be fixed each year, the time when the inventory of harvested tobacco leaves will be made,... to spare tobacco growers the inconvenience of inventories, without harming the interests of the Treasury...".
