Large piece with engraved letterhead "Charles Louis auguste FOUCQUET, Duc de Belle-Isle, Pair et Maréchal de France, Prince du Saint Empire...". (2 Vignettes: royal and with his arms) - 1p (44 x 33). "It is ordered that the provostship coming from Genoa, composed of a lieutenant, a King's prosecutor, a clerk and 8 cavalrymen who are to arrive in ANTIBES on the 26th of the present month of February, leave after having stayed there on the 27th to go and lodge in CANNES, on March 1st in FRÉJUS, ... on the 5th in BRIGNOLES, ... on the 9th in AIX, ... on the 14th in TARASCON... to go to MONTPELLIER (34)."
