GENERALITY OF CAEN (Calvados). 1761. CENS et RENTES SEIGNEURIALES OU FÉODALES. "ARREST du Conseil d'État du Roy, qui ordonne l'exécution, dans la Généralité de CAEN, de l'Arrêt du Conseil rendu le 13 Octobre 1750 : consequently, failing the debtors of Cens and Rentes Seigneuriales to have provided specific declarations to be deducted from the Rôles du Vingtièmes, and declaring by the Lords the Cens and Rentes Seigneuriales or Féodales which they enjoy, either in money or in kind, the said Lords will not be subject to any deduction of the Dixièmes or Vingtièmes from their Censitaires. May 18, 1761.
