DEBELLE, Général de Brigade d'Artillerie, commandant l'Artillerie de la Division de Gauche" (Header printed with his name and rank), to General KLÉBER - Armée de Sambre et Meuse- at headquarters in CREVELT (Krevelt, Germany) on 11 thermidor year 3 (July 29, 1795): "I beg you, my dear General, to order that 400 horses be placed at the disposal of the Artillery Commanders in Norff and Veenloo, so that the Artillery service may not be lacking as much as I could.
