Benoit LAMOTTE, tenant farmer on the Rossignols estate, Commune of VERSAUGUES (71), withdrew from his home insermented or deported priests who had said mass, baptized, remarried and preached disobedience of the law... a seditious and armed group of 300 individuals opposed the searches and seizures by the DIGOIN Gendarmerie.
