Fiacre DANEL residing in MARQUILLY (Nord), to one year's imprisonment, and, by body, to a fine of twenty francs, restitution of 472 francs and prosecution costs, for having swindled money from various people by abusing their credulity through fears, by chimerical hopes, by superstitious practices, persuading them that he possessed the alleged art of discovering hidden things, producing marvellous effects, undoing evil spells, et c.
