Marshal CLARKE. Marie-Françoise Zaepffel (1755-1842) was the niece of Jean-Évangéliste Zaepffel (future Bishop of Liège). She married Henri-Jacques-Guillaume Clarke, Comte d'Hunebourg et Duc de Feltre, Maréchal de France and Ministre de la Guerre, on January 26, 1799, becoming his second wife - Lettre A.S. postmarked June 28, 1811, addressed to Madame DUCREUX, Cour de Rohan, St André des Arts, Paris. Letter concerning the dedication of an opera to her husband.
