CÔTE-D'ARMOR. Count Amable de QUÉLEN (1773 - 1840) I emigrated during the Revolution. Mayor of Plouagat in June 1814. Deputy for Côtes-du-Nord in 1824, re-elected in 1827. Autograph signed as President of the College of the 3rd Electoral District of Côtes du Nord. He swears loyalty to the King (Charles X) and to the Constitutional Charter. 1 page in-4° (undated, circa 1824)
