EMPIS, Directeur des Domaines de la Liste civile the reply to the letter I sent him to find out whether there is any objection on his part to your being granted the permission you requested, namely authorization to deposit in the hands of the various tenants of the PAVILLONS DE LECTURE established in the Jardin des Tuileries and to sell through them a printed notice of which you are the author... you are consequently authorized by the present letter to sell your brochure in the Jardin des Tuileries...".
