Admiral, Ministre de la Marine et des Colonies 1795 à 1797 - Letter signed by Admiral TRUGUET, Ministre de la Marine et Colonies, Paris 10 frimaire An 5 (30 Novembre 1796) (Header, vignette), addressed to Citoyen PARADIS Canonnier de Marine à ROCHEFORT (17): "Rear-Admiral LE DALL TROMELIN... has forwarded to me the Letter that Examiner MONGE has written to announce that your education in mathematics... makes you suitable for one of these jobs...". He is appointed to the 7th artillery half-brigade, garrisoned at TOULON "This dispatch will serve as your title until your Brevet is sent."
