Circular brooch-pendant in 18k yellow gold (750 parts per thousand) and silver of 800 parts per thousand or higher, featuring an openwork design of flowers and branches, set with old-cut diamonds. The center is adorned with a floral motif, and the lower section features an articulated garland supporting two movable pendants set with diamonds.
The reverse side is fitted with a pin, allowing it to be worn as both a brooch and a pendant.
Accompanied by a fine 18k white gold chain (750 parts per thousand) with a forçat link.
