An 18k yellow gold (750) and 800 silver brooch-pendant featuring an openwork design of foliage and scrolls, accented with 8 old-cut diamonds in a claw setting on an illusion setting totaling approximately 0.25 carats, the piece further embellished with rose-cut diamonds. The lower section is adorned with a diamond-set rosette, holding a small diamond pendant. The removable central diamond is secured by a screw mechanism on the reverse. Traces of numbering on the setting. Circa 1870 Dimensions: 45 x 40 mm - Gross weight: 13.62 g
