18k yellow gold (750) savonnette-style pocket watch
- The upper cover is richly engraved with a rocaille scrollwork motif framing an empty coat-of-arms cartouche, with a leaf-patterned border and an animal motif depicting a hunting dog in profile. The lower cover is richly engraved with a stag set against a woodland backdrop. Guilloché backgrounds.
- White enamel dial, Roman numerals for the hours, gold-plated ball-tipped hands.
- Case signed “J.L. Goutte Cie à Genève / Hands / No. 7306 / Cylinder escapement / Eight jewel holes.”
- Mechanical movement with key winding through the case.
Gross weight: 50.4 g
Diameter: approx. 42 mm.
Condition: Fair condition. Signs of wear. White enamel well-preserved with no major visible chips. Glass is missing.
The watch was functioning at the time of appraisal; servicing is recommended.
