JAEGER-LECOULTRE "Reverso Date" Model Ref. 270.8.36 / 2127386 Circa 1990–2000 Rare rectangular men’s stainless steel wristwatch with a pivoting case and date/day display. - Reversible rectangular stainless steel case with iconic fluting. Back features a solid, mirror-polished stainless steel caseback (plain, unmarked). Inner bezel engraved with “REVERSO,” the JL logo, “JAEGER-LECOULTRE,” and serial number 2127386. - Silver dial with a two-tone guilloché pattern in the center, black-painted Arabic numerals, and a railway-track minute track. Day-of-the-week window (in English) at 11 o’clock. Date displayed by a central hand pointing to the inner circle numbered 1 to 31. Seconds counter/indicator at 6 o’clock with a red-tipped hand. Blued steel hands. - Manual-winding mechanical movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre Caliber 836. - Original brown alligator leather strap (showing signs of wear), fitted with a Jaeger-LeCoultre-signed steel folding clasp. Dimensions: Large Size - 26 x 42 mm including lugs. Condition: Showing signs of wear and scratches across the entire case, particularly on the mirror-polished solid caseback. The dial is in excellent condition. The strap is heavily worn. The original folding clasp is in good working order. The watch has not been opened; the movement is functional, but a service is recommended. The watch is sold as-is, without a box or papers.
