Regarding the publication of the appeal they lodged on September 30, 1718, to the future General Council, against the Constitution *Unigenitus Dei Filius* of Our Holy Father Pope Clement XI and all other decrees that have followed or may follow, and in particular the Letters addressed to all the Faithful, published on the 8th of the said month of September, which begin with the words: *Pastoralis Officii*.
