BRITTANY. Louis Félix GUINEMENT, Chevalier de KÉRALIO (Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, 1731–Paris, 1793), military officer and member of the Academy. Two 18th-century manuscripts concerning this family: “Memoir for Mr. De KÉRALIO, Chevalier de St Louis, Major of Infantry, First Adjutant at the École Militaire, and tasked with teaching the fundamentals of the art of war there. ” to outline his service record and the various works he authored. A 7-page folio manuscript, bound in blue silk + An autograph letter signed by Mme “D’ABEILLE DE KÉRALIO” from 1776, addressed to the Marquis de Bouthillier, in support of the Chevalier de KÉRALIO, her brother-in-law. 3 pages, large 8vo.
