Hyacinthe RICHAUD (1757–1822), Alternate Delegate to the Convention from Seine-et-Oise. Member of the Council of 500—Letter signed “A.S.” as a representative of the People and member of the Council of 500, addressed to the Executive Directory, regarding the reorganization of the GENDARMERIE. He recommends two Gendarmerie lieutenants from Seine-et-Oise whom he wishes to see retained in the new organization: “Citizen Directors.
