Regarding my losses... I am very satisfied with what has been granted to me... I am awaiting General GAULTHIER, who is on his way to Verona, and I will speak with him about matters of interest to you... I plan to leave for NICE in 5 or 6 days and return to the army as soon as I have recovered.”
