He was unable to vote in the assembly on the issue of Italy and against the motion to impeach the President of the Republic and the Ministers. 2 pages in-16° + 4 autograph letters from Abbé MONROCQ (Michel Charles François), a Catholic figure and writer from the Manche department, Chief Chaplain of Val-de-Grâce (born near Coutances, Manche), written from Paris in 1808, regarding articles published in various newspapers + Signed letter from Mr. d’OFFREVILLE, former valet and boarder of Monsieur, and member of the Academic and Literary Society of CHERBOURG, from Paris in 1785.
