CENT-JOURS, 1815. “Assemblies of the Electoral Colleges. 4th Series, 1815 Session. ” Decree of Emperor NAPOLEON I concerning the convening and opening of the Assembly and the election of Deputies to the Chamber of Representatives: “The Deputies appointed by the Electoral Assemblies shall proceed to Paris to attend the assembly at the Champ de Mai and to form the Chamber of Representatives, which we propose to convene following the proclamation of the acceptance of the constitutional act. ” Followed by the Proclamation by SAULNIER, Prefect of Tarn-et-Garonne, on May 9, 1815.
