Document signed by MOLÉ, in his capacity as Minister of the Navy and the Colonies, Paris, December 10, 1817. Appointment by King Louis XVIII of Jacques François BOULLOCHE, a naval lieutenant, to the rank of battalion commander, “as he is one of the most senior naval lieutenants.” Vellum (36 x 24 cm).
