NASA. LARGE FORMAT. APOLLO 17 MISSION. Panorama of Camelot Crater. This panoramic photograph shows the Camelot Crater region, which was explored during the Apollo 17 mission. There, the astronauts studied rocks and collected samples to understand the Moon’s history. The landscape reveals vast plains covered in dust and numerous small craters. This exploration was carried out using the lunar rover, which made it possible to travel long distances.
