Charles François LEBRUN, Duke of Plaisance (Manche, 1739–1824), Member of Parliament, Third Consul alongside Bonaparte, and Prince-Archchancellor of the First Empire. In 1810, he was tasked with organizing the annexation of the Kingdom of Holland to France, but was unsuccessful. – Letter signed by Prince Arch-Treasurer LEBRUN, from Amsterdam (Holland) on March 29, 1811. “Prince.
