NAVY. MORBIHAN. Storm at Sea in MORBIHAN. Report drawn up aboard the frigate of the Republic “LA CHARENTE,” commanded by Citizen PASSART, lieutenant, on the 17th of Pluviôse, Year 3 (February 5, 1795).
