A) For stations on the Northern and Eastern networks located on the line and south of the line: Le Tréport, Abancourt, Beauvais, Creil, Chantilly, Crépy-en-Valois, Dammartin (with the exception, however, of the Paris–Creil line via Pontoise), Aulnay, Bondy, Château-Thierry, Châlons, Vitry-le-François, Bar-le-Duc, Gondrecourt, Vaucouleurs, Toul, Nancy, Blainville, Pont-Saint-Vincent, Mirecourt, Épinal, Remiremont, Plombières, Faymont, Lure, Bas-Evette, Giromagny, are permitted under the following conditions…”—Paris, November 27, 1914.
