Ancient paintings and drawings are the specialty that everyone thinks of when they think of "Auction sales". It is the historical field par excellence of the fine arts which covers the period from the 14th to the 19th century.

We rely in this domain on the knowledge of the expert René Millet and have realised beautiful sales with his complicity, including a millionaire sale in August 2019 with a great Holy Family of the school of Rubens in which more than one great specialist of the painter saw his hand.
