In-folio contemporary brown calf, spine ribbed and decorated (binding worn but solid, traces of moisture and marginal wormholes dan sla bottom of last 50 leaves). Expanded second edition. Jean Vigier's commentary on the customs of Angoumois and Aunis is accompanied by additions by his son Jacques and notes by his great-grandson François Vigier, which were not included in the original 1650 Paris edition.
