This list will be approved by the Directory of the District amp; sent to each of the members who will compose it amp; to the court; it will be renewed every three months. 2°) The eight citizens drawn by lot from the list of thirty, to form the panel of the indictment juror, will be required to attend on the day set for the Assembly of the said Juror... under penalty of thirty pounds fine amp; of being deprived of the right of eligibility amp; of suffrage for two years..."
